WARSAW — The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person.
Richard A. Smith, 69, Warsaw, was last seen at his residence during the evening hours of April 25. On the morning of April 26, Richard was not at his residence and no contact has been made with him.
Richard was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black slip-on shoes. He is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 250 pounds. Richard has short brown hair and is balding, and has blue eyes.
Richard is reported to be in poor health and may be in need of medical assistance.
