WARSAW — Richard A. Smith, 69, Warsaw, who was reported missing Wednesday, May 1, has been located and returned home safe, according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office Thursday evening, May 2.
A missing person report was issued by the sheriff’s office after Smith was last seen at his residence during the evening hours of April 25.
On the morning of April 26, Richard was not at his residence and no contact has been made with him.
