ANSWER: RANDY POLSTON
Polston worked in the Warsaw Community Schools system for 34 years. He began his career in education by teaching nine years at the elementary level. He then served as principal for 25 years. During his time as principal, he began mentoring other principals around the State of Indiana. He currently holds the position of executive director of Combined Community Services in Warsaw. In 2021, he received the Sagamore of the Wabash Award.
