Three Arrested, Drugs And Paraphernalia Confiscated In Marshall County Drug Task Force Raid

PLYMOUTH — On Friday, May 10 Marshall County Drug Task Force officers assisted by officers with NET 43, Plymouth Police and Marshall County Police, executed several search warrants at the Red Rock Inn and Economy Inn.

During the operation officers recovered nearly 45 grams of methamphetamine, digital scales, narcotics packaging and other paraphernalia along with a handgun. Three individuals were arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Martha Ann Spencer, 57, Plymouth is charged with possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, both Level 6 Felonies, with a $1,500 cash bond.

Chad Smith, 50, Knox is charged with dealing in methamphetamine, Level 2 Felony, no bond listed.

Tiphani Michelle Bowen, 52, Plymouth, is charged with dealing in methamphetamine, Level 2 Felony, no bond listed.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
