Conley resides in Silver Lake where he has lived most of his life. He and his wife, Tonya, have been married 28 years. He is employed at Tecomet as an SRE CAD designer. He has been with the Silver Lake Volunteer Fire Department since 2006 and has been fire chief there for seven years.
He attended Silver Lake Elementary School where he participated in soccer, basketball and track. He also did volunteer work with the Silver Lake Youth League for eight years.
