Press Release
WARSAW — Warsaw Community Schools’ administration is delighted to invite families to the commencement ceremony for the Class of 2024 at 7 p.m. Friday, May 31, at Fisher Field.
Fisher Field is located within the Warsaw Community High School Tiger Athletic Complex.
The gates will open to guests at 6 p.m. and the ceremony is expected to last about one and a half hours. If needed, additional parking will be available behind the T-RAC to accommodate guests. Carpooling is encouraged to help ease parking constraints.
As a reminder, to assist families with planning, there will not be a predetermined rain date. Instead, the ceremony’s location will be decided 48 hours in advance based on the weather forecast. Should inclement weather be anticipated, the ceremony will be relocated indoors to the Tiger Den on the same date and time.
Regardless of location, each senior will receive eight tickets per family for the event. All attendees, including children, will require a ticket to access the event. For those unable to attend in person, the ceremony will be live streamed on the school district’s YouTube channel.
Attendees are reminded to dress for the weather and to stay hydrated. Water bottles will be permitted at the venue.
