Winona Lake Preservation Group To Hold Annual Meeting

News Release

WINONA LAKE — The Winona Lake Preservation Association will hold its annual meeting Tuesday, May 21, at Grace College’s Lilly Center, 806 Connection Circle, Winona Lake.

Refreshments and a social time will begin at 6 p.m., with the meeting starting promptly at 6:30 p.m.

The association’s annual meeting will include reviewing financials, updates on Winona Lake water quality and weed control, and outlining joint efforts with The Watershed Foundation on land maintenance in the lake’s watershed. The maintenance helps to prevent chemicals and sediment from entering the lake and exacerbating Winona Lake’s weeds throughout the season.

Those interested in attending the Winona Lake Preservation Association annual meeting and learning more about lake preservation should send an email to [email protected].

The Winona Lake Preservation Association promotes aquatic conservation, lake education, safety and recreational use of Winona Lake.
