WARSAW — Warsaw Community Schools reported that one of their school buses, Bus 53, was involved in an accident Monday, May 20.
“We are relieved that all students and the driver are unharmed, however, each student was thoroughly checked out before being released,” said WCS in a press release.
All parents of the students on Bus 53 were contacted, and parents had the option to pick up their child or utilize alternate transportation provided by WCS.
“We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the local police and emergency personnel for their quick response and assistance,” said WCS.
