Eric Trump Resigns From Pierceton Town Council

PIERCETON — Eric Trump has resigned from the Pierceton Town Council.

According to Kosciusko County Republican Chairman Mike Ragan, Trump submitted his letter of resignation from the council on Monday, May 20, with the resignation effective Tuesday, May 21.

Trump said he regretfully decided to resign from the council due to resurfacing health issues.

“I wish the best for whoever takes over and want what’s best for the town of Pierceton,” said Trump.

Trump’s term began Jan. 1, 2024.

A caucus date to fill Trump’s seat has not been announced.
