Parker became licensed in real estate in 2021 and is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is very professionally focused and understands the buying and selling process and realizes this is a significant decision for most people.

Carnes grew up in Kosciusko County, joined the Navy and was deployed twice to the Persian Gulf. Following his tour of duty he earned a BS degree in business administration.
Carnes has many interests including being a bee keeper and camping with his family. He currently lives in Akron with his wife and two children.
Real estate has been a long-time interest for Carnes and has included rentals and flipping properties. He is knowledgeable and wants to assist both buyers and sellers with a focus on Fulton, Kosciusko and Wabash counties.
