ANSWER: KEN LOCKE
Locke was born in Marshalltown, Iowa, and became an Eagle Scout in 1973. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior in 1974 at a Salvation Army meeting. Locke graduated from Marshalltown High School in 1975 and served in the United States Army from 1975 to 1979. He moved to Warsaw in 1988 and graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1990. Locke currently serves on the Oakwood Cemetery Board of Regents. He and his wife, Sina, have seven children in a blended family and now enjoy 11 grandchildren. They serve as the administrators of The Salvation Army serving Kosciusko and Whitley counties.
