WARSAW — As Bill Nye the Science Guy has said: “Science rules.”
For the first time this summer, the Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will be offering Science Camp.
The camp is geared for children ages 8 and older and will feature hands-on experiments. Goggles and protective gear will be provided, as well as all supplies each child will need.
Science Camp will be held from 2-3 p.m. Mondays, July 1, July 8 and July 15, in the Pete Thorn gym, 800 N. Park Ave., Warsaw.
Those interested can choose one, two or all three days to attend because each day at camp can stand alone.
The cost of the camp is $8 per child per session. Registration is required and will close prior to the session date. Payment for each session is due during registration. To register, visit this link.
