Six Arrested On Misdemeanor Charges After Drinking Party At Warsaw Hotel

WARSAW — Six people were arrested on misdemeanor charges after a drinking party at a Warsaw hotel.

Trevor Levi Bradley, 22, Laketon, is charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor and disorderly conduct, both class B misdemeanors.

Matthew Ryan Townsend, 20, Peru, is charged with possessing alcohol as a minor, a class C misdemeanor.

Micah Ariel Coney, 20, 401 N. Virgil St. Apartment 13, Akron; Ashton David Wright, 19, 33 N. Surf Drive, North Manchester; Riley Wayne Keirn, 19, Huntington; and Keely Renee Williams, 20, Peru, are each charged with consuming alcohol as a minor, a class C misdemeanor.

Around 11 p.m. April 4, Warsaw Police officers responded to a local hotel regarding a noise complaint. Officers later discovered a drinking party involving underage individuals was taking place in a hotel room. Two 15-year-olds who had been drinking alcohol were detained.

According to court documents, upon arrival at the room, an officer spoke with Bradley, who exhibited physical signs of intoxication. There were also several more people inside the room who appeared to be under the legal drinking age.

Bradley allegedly became agitated when he was asked to step into the hallway and began to yell. He was asked several times to lower his voice, but he continued to yell.

Williams had a 0.12 BrAC, Keirn had a 0.09 BrAC, Wright had a 0.12 BrAC, Townsend had a 0.17 BrAC, and Coney had a 0.13 BrAC.

When asked if anyone had a weapon on their person, Townsend said he had a handgun.

All six individuals have already been arrested.

Coney, Wright, and Keirn have initial hearings at 1 p.m. Friday, May 24, in Kosciusko Superior Court Two.

Bradley, Townsend, and Williams have initial hearings at 1 p.m. Friday, May 31, in Kosciusko Superior Court Two.
