CLAYPOOL — Four fire departments responded to a house fire near Packerton Road outside Claypool.
Firefighters were called out around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, to the blaze at 2027 E. 800S.
Sidney-Jackson Township Fire Chief Kevin Wagoner said the home is a total loss. It took firefighters around an hour to control it.
The cause of the blaze is currently unknown, he said. No one was injured in the fire.
Also responding to the scene were the Silver Lake, Pierceton and Claypool fire departments.
According to Kosciusko County Beacon GIS, the home is owned by Kenneth Ray Hall.
