Welcome to JACKSON RIDGE HOMESTEADING EXPO on Saturday, June 22, 2024.

Gates will be open from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Speakers begin at 8:30 a.m. Topics by Joel Salatin: Creating the Farm You Love and Folks, This Ain’t Normal. Other topics include: Benefits of A2A2 Milk, Fermented Food and Drink for Digestive Vitality, and a Poultry Panel. Demonstrations on chicken butchering, plant propagation and bud grafting, cheese making, butter making, noodle making, blacksmithing and hand forging Damascus steel, and wood carving. We have 40 select vendors and farms displaying their goods, with many small demonstrations and samples available at their booths. Children’s activities include train rides, puppet shows, balloons, and story time.

Admission: $40 for adults (children 15 and under are free).

Tickets available at the door.

Located on 675 N Arnott St., Nappanee, INĀ  46550 (just east of The Barns in Nappanee, IN).

Lunch will be available and also hand-dipped ice cream from Crystal Springs Creamery. Free coffee and donuts in the morning.
