WARSAW — Four people are facing criminal charges after officers went to serve a warrant and found drugs and paraphernalia in a Warsaw residence.

Daniel Coulter Crace, 34; and Drew Anthony Horn, 36, both of 4235 N. Westerner Winds Drive, Warsaw; and Ashley Renee Horn, 32, 7924 Tippecanoe Shores, Tippecanoe; are each charged with possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, both level 6 felonies; possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.

Wyatt Craig Cunnington, 20, 9200 E. Morrison Island Road, Syracuse, is charged with possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.

On May 5, Warsaw Police officers learned Ashley had an outstanding felony warrant in Kosciusko County and received information about her location.

Upon arrival at a residence in Warsaw, officers saw several people sitting on a living room couch and witnessed Crace using drug paraphernalia.

According to court documents, officers found several people, including Ashley, Drew, and Cunnington, inside the home. Officers learned Drew also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and took him into custody.

Drew said he was unaware of anyone in the residence actively using drugs in the home, but knew about past drug use occurring there. He told officers Ashley, his wife, lived at the home but that he didn’t live there due to the past drug use.

Cunnington said he was visiting those at the residence and saw Crace smoking meth. He admitted to owning a marijuana grinder found in the home and said he intended to smoke marijuana there.

Upon searching the residence, officers found drug paraphernalia and meth and marijuana residue.

Crace, Ashley, and Drew have all been arrested and released on their own recognizance.

Cunnington has an initial hearing at 1 p.m. July 12, in Kosciusko Superior Court Two.
