Gov. Holcomb Appoints Locals to Various Boards and Commissions

INDIANAPOLIS — Gov. Eric J. Holcomb today announced appointments to various state boards and commissions, including several individuals from Kosciusko and surrounding counties.

Veterinarian Pamela Hann of Leesburg was appointed to the Quarter Horse Breed Development Advisory Committee until June 30, 2028, and Clayton Garden Center Nursery Stock and Small Fruit Manager Jewel Wise of North Webster was appointed to the soil conservation board until March 31, 2026.

Other appointments included:

Commission for Higher Education

  • Larry Garatoni, Osceola, representing the second congressional district, who will serve until June 30, 2026.

Indiana Standardbred Advisory Board

  • Tim Graber, Goshen, general manager of Forest River, Inc.
  • Byron Hooley, Fort Wayne, retired.

Land Resources Council

The Honorable Richard Beck, Jr., Fort Wayne, Allen County Commissioner.
